MEET THE WONDERFUL CRAIG P. KENNY & ASSOCIATES SUPPORT STAFF!

Abigail (Abi) Guerrero was born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her family moved to Las Vegas in 2012 to escape the cold of the Midwest. Abi went to Spring Valley High School and graduated a year early with Honors. She is attending school at the College of Southern Nevada and is working on getting her associate’s degree in Business Management.

Abi began interning for Craig P. Kenny & Associates in 2021 and eventually started as a part-time employee in January 2023. She began working in the ticket department as an Administrative Assistant. Since Abi started interning at the firm, she knew she would enjoy helping clients with their injury claims.

In Abi’s spare time, she loves to spend time with her little sister, parents, and friends. She also likes going to the gym and loves going on vacations.

Cearely Carvajal was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She graduated from Eldorado High School in 2023 with an Advanced Honors Diploma. During high school, she worked as a receptionist for a family medical practice, where she developed strong organizational and client service skills.

After graduation, Cearely was introduced to the legal field while working as a file clerk for a local law firm. She joined Craig P. Kenny and Associates in July 2025 as a part-time Legal Assistant in the Workers’ Compensation Department, where she continues to grow her knowledge and experience. She is committed to advancing her career in the legal field and looks forward to continued professional development with the firm.

Outside of work, Cearely owns and operates a floral business, which she dedicates much of her free time to. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new coffee shops and shopping with her sister.

Cynthia Helena was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA after her father came to the U.S. from the Philippines and her mother from El Salvador. Cynthia attended Glendale High School for two years before becoming a young mother to her now adult son, Kris, who is her everything. In 2007, she decided to bring her son to Las Vegas for a fresh start for their family.

After working for many years at a car dealership, Cynthia heard about a job opening at Craig P. Kenny & Associates and started working as a Legal Assistant in the claims department March of 2023. Cynthia truly enjoys having the opportunity to inform our clients more about what Work Comp is and what we can do to help an injured worker.

In her free time, Cynthia loves to read and watch horror movies, spoil her fur baby dog, Bear, and listen to music. She also enjoys cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers and watching True Crime television.

Fabiola Banda was born in Los Angeles, California. In 1993 her family moved to Las Vegas in search of better opportunities. She graduated from Las Vegas Academy in 1998 as a French major. After high school, Fabiola attended CSN, where she completed the Paralegal program and received an associate degree in Paralegal Studies. She entered the Legal Field in 2002 working in Personal Injury.

Fabiola joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in July 2015 as a Legal Assistant and was soon promoted to the Litigation Team. She plays a key role in managing discovery for the majority of our cases and is responsible for drafting complaints. With a strong background in both legal procedures and customer service, Fabiola is committed to delivering exceptional support and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care.

Fabiola and her husband, Abraham, are the proud parents of three wonderful children, Aaron, Camila, and Emma. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and attending church.

Gabrielle Moore was born in Phoenix, Arizona, and moved to Las Vegas at the age of four, where she has lived ever since. As the youngest of four children and the only girl, she developed a strong work ethic early on and became skilled in a wide range of trades.

Gabby began her professional career in the medical field, attending medical school in 2015 and working in a doctor’s office for two years. She later discovered her passion for hands-on work and pursued welding, becoming part of the first graduating class—and the first female to earn certification—from the Las Vegas Institute of Welding. She went on to work as a handywoman, gaining experience in home repairs, demolition, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, and general construction.

Continuing to expand her expertise, Gabby transitioned into the HVAC industry and earned her certification as an Air Conditioning Technician from the College of Southern Nevada in May 2025.

As the Building Engineer at Craig P. Kenny & Associates, Gabby oversees the operation, maintenance, and repair of the firm’s infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems. She is responsible for managing energy efficiency, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to repairs to ensure the building operates at peak performance. She takes pride in keeping systems running smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of work, Gabby loves spending time outdoors, including hiking, gardening, cliff jumping, and dirt bike riding. She is also passionate about art, music, and continuously learning new things.

Gina Salas was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is the eldest of six siblings. She attended Rancho High School, where she met her husband, Arturo. Shortly after graduating, Gina began working at a law firm and has built a dedicated career in the legal field ever since—gaining experience and expertise since 1997.

Gina joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in March 2020 after learning about an open position. She currently serves as the Legal Assistant to Attorney Jimmy Howard assisting clients in managing their personal injury claims. Gina takes pride in helping clients navigate their medical treatment, securing strong settlements on their behalf, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the process.

In her spare time, Gina enjoys going on family trips with her husband and their two children. When she has some quiet time to herself, she loves unwinding with a good Netflix show and a glass of wine. Gina is also an avid reader and shopper, and a proud fan of the Las Vegas Raiders—she never misses a chance to cheer them on, especially when she can attend a game in person.

Ngai Hing Hom “Hing” was born and raised in Hong Kong. After marrying John Hom, Hing immigrated to the United States with her husband, settling in New York, where they had three boys. Hing is very proud to say she has seven smart and well-behaved grandchildren (four grandsons and three granddaughters), ranging in age from 20 to 35 years. Her grandsons graduated from MIT and St. Louis University while her granddaughters graduated from NYU and Berklee College of Music. One granddaughter is set to graduate from Fairfield University Connecticut in 2026.

In 1994, Hing and her late husband John moved to Las Vegas to open a fine dining restaurant. After ten successful years of owning the restaurant, they decided to retire from the restaurant business. Hing has been helping people all of her life which is why she came to work at Craig P. Kenny & Associates in March of 2007. She works as a translator to help the firm’s Chinese clients as she is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and Taishanese.

Hing loves to cook and her family and friends rave that she is very good at it. Although Hing misses her family in New York, she makes time to visit them several times throughout the year, especially her three great-grandsons ages 1 to 7 years old.

Jina Barlow was born in Seoul, Korea where she attended school for Business Administration. At the age of 24, Jina left Korea to pursue a career in her field in the United States. She arrived in San Jose, CA and lived there for two years while studying the English language. Jina also met her husband while in California and his company moved them to Las Vegas in 2002. Jina worked for First Mortgage Corporation as a wholesale account representative for four years.

She then worked for State Farm Insurance as a sales rep and while working there, she joined our firm to help out our Korean clients part-time. Jina has since left State Farm to work solely with our firm. Jina joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in March of 2013. Aside from assisting all of the firm’s Korean clients, she also coordinates clients’ appointments with medical providers and markets the firm.

Jina has three children who she loves spending time with. Jina does not allow herself a lot of spare time. She works as hard as she can to provide for her family. When she does find some extra time Jina enjoys exercising, going to the beach, hiking and taking yoga classes.

Julie Guerrero was born and raised in Chicago, IL. In 2012, her family decided to move to Las Vegas to escape the cold of the Midwest. She has her associate’s degree in Elementary Education and is currently working on her bachelor’s degree in Business Management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Julie has been in various management positions since 2006, and she previously worked in warehouse and retail management.

In July of 2017, Julie decided it was time to start something new and welcomed the opportunity to work at Craig P. Kenny & Associates. She joined our firm as an Administrative Assistant in our traffic ticket department. Julie truly enjoys working in this department and loves to be an advocate for her clients.

When Julie is not busy with school and work, she enjoys vacationing and exploring new places. She loves spending time with her husband, Jorge, daughters Abi and Aurora, and their three dogs.

Karina Aguilar was born in Los Angeles, California. In 1995, her mother, a single mom of three, decided to relocate her family to Las Vegas in pursuit of a better life. She attended Rancho High School and the Area Technical Trade Center where she was enrolled in their Hotel Operations program. After high school she attended the College of Southern Nevada where she was working on getting her Associates Degree in Food and Beverage Management. In 2011, Karina began her career in the legal field as a Personal Injury Case Manager.

In June of 2019, Karina joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates as a Legal Assistant. She assists attorney Leon Symanski in handling personal injury claims. She enjoys assisting clients through what can be a difficult time.

In her spare time Karina enjoys exercising, traveling, trying new cuisines, and reading the Harry Potter series, as well as spending time with her family and dog.

Kayla Jewkes was born in Littleton, CO. However, she has grown up in Las Vegas, NV since she was five months old, so she is proud to call herself a Nevada native. She went to the Las Vegas Academy of Performing Arts, where she majored in dance and graduated with an Advanced Diploma in 2015. In 2019, she graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science along with a certificate in the great works of literacy. Throughout college, Kayla has worked in customer service for a variety of retail stores while being an Administrative Assistant at Clark County Bar Association.

In February of 2023, Kayla happily joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates as a Legal Assistant. What she loves best about her job is working with her coworkers, providing superb customer service skills to help people, and learning more about the legal field.

Kayla loves to walk around the city with her husband exploring downtown and the strip while trying new restaurants and seeing different shows, especially ballet. She really enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, yoga, Pilates, dancing, and ice skating.

Kris Vukovich was born and raised in Kenosha, Wisconsin. After graduating high school, she attended UW-Parkside and Gateway College and received a degree in Marketing. Kris has worked in the Marketing Department of Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois serving as Marketing Assistant, Corporate Sales Account Executive, and Special Events Representative. She has also worked for Mortgage Icon, a mortgage banker in Wisconsin, as the Corporate Sales Account Manager and Marketing Director.

After meeting Craig and Bradley at a friends Christmas party in Chicago, on a bet, Kris moved to Las Vegas and joined the firm in February of 2004! Although Kris’s title is Marketing Director, she wears many hats at the firm. Aside from marketing, she is also the Events Coordinator, the Case Management and IT Administrator, Building Manager and Trainer.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, as well as her friends and family.  She loves traveling, cooking, playing games, going to concerts, and the theater.

Larissa Soto was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is the oldest of four siblings. She attended Sunrise Mountain High School and graduated in May of 2019. Right after graduation, Larissa began working at Cardenas Markets as a produce clerk and within a year was promoted to backup scan coordinator. Larissa has aspirations of attending nursing school but has delayed that due to COVID, however, she plans to start as soon as she can.

In December of 2021, Larissa joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates as a receptionist after hearing about the opportunity to join the firm from a friend. She is excited and happy to be part of the CPKLAW family. Her favorite thing about her job is working in a healthy environment and being able to assist clients when she can.

During her free time, Larissa likes to spend time with her family and friends. She loves being adventurous with her friends by going go-carting, hiking, and going to arcades.

Laura Duell is a native of Nevada and was raised primarily in the Las Vegas area. She also spent a brief amount of time in Reno and Lake Tahoe.

An avid Rebels fan, Laura attended UNLV to earn her bachelor’s degree and was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. Laura also worked in the hotel industry for 12 years before changing directions and joining the law firm of Craig P. Kenny & Associates in March 2003.

Laura’s primary duties as an administrative assistant with the law firm includes greeting clients, assisting clients with traffic tickets, and answering the telephones.

In Laura’s spare time, she enjoys watching movies, traveling, hiking, and going to concerts.

Lyndee Rittenhouse is originally from Liberty, Utah, and is the youngest of four children. She began her career in healthcare at just 17 years old, earning her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, which sparked her passion for helping others and laid the foundation for her professional path.

In 2012, Lyndee graduated from Utah State University in Logan, Utah, with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders, with an emphasis in sign language. After graduation, she spent a year in South Korea teaching English, gaining valuable cultural and professional experience.

Upon returning to the United States, Lyndee held several roles with Intermountain Health, including five years as a Transplant Financial Coordinator. In that role, she developed extensive experience working with insurance and patient coordination, which prepared her for her continued work in the insurance field after relocating to Las Vegas in 2022.

Lyndee joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in spring 2026 as the Director of First Impressions. In this role, she enjoys being part of a collaborative team and takes pride in creating a welcoming, positive experience for every client from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, Lyndee enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends. She loves attending sporting events—especially baseball—going to the movies, and trying new restaurants. She also enjoys traveling to Mexico with family, as well as camping, fishing, and serving in her church and community.

Marta Pagan was born and raised in Carolina, Puerto Rico. While Marta was attending the University of Puerto Rico for a major in pedagogy, she applied for an open position with the Autonomous Municipal Government of Carolina. Marta was offered a position in the Department of Press and Communications and worked with the Governor of Carolina from 2007 to 2017. In 2017, her family moved to Las Vegas in search of better opportunities.

In June of 2021, Marta was hired as a receptionist for Craig P. Kenny & Associates. On her very first day of work, she was promoted to be a Legal Assistant. In March of 2025, Marta switched departments and is currently in charge of opening all new personal injury files for Attorney Leon Symanski and helping the client resolve the property damage portion of their claim. Marta loves being able to help others and learn new things from her department.

Marta and her husband, Efrain, are the proud parents of two wonderful children, Briana and Kariana. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending church, and hiking.

Myles Kenny is Craig’s eldest child and was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. He graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a BA in Communication in 2018. Myles then followed in his father’s footsteps and received his Juris Doctorate from Tulane Law School in 2021.

Myles began working at Craig P. Kenny and Associates in September of 2021. He works in the traffic ticket department, and he truly enjoys helping people and learning new things every day.

Myles has a passion for making art and designing sneakers. He also loves spending time with his family and watching sports with his dad. In the future, Myles hopes to continue to grow and evolve at the firm.

Nancy Saucedo was born in Mexico City and came to Las Vegas in 1991 with her mother and has been here ever since. Nancy graduated from Desert Pines High School and Area Technical Trade Center where she studied Hotel Operations. She also attended the College of Southern Nevada for Paralegal Studies. Nancy started working for a law firm right out of high school and stayed with that firm for 17 years in the positions of Customer Service Representative, Referral Administrator, and Customer Service Department Supervisor.

Nancy was very excited for the opportunity to join Craig P. Kenny & Associates in May of 2020 as a receptionist.  She is currently working as a Legal Assistant. Nancy loves working on cases to help clients through their recovery process and she looks forward to being a part of this great team for many years to come.

In her spare time, Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband, Juan, and their three children. She is also a grandmother, and she loves spending as much time as she can with her grandchildren. Nancy also really enjoys dancing and singing.

Stephanie Paniagua was born in San Fernando, California, and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada with her family as a child. After high school, she attended Brightwood College and earned her Medical Assistant Degree in 2016. Stephanie previously worked as a Medical Assistant at an OB/GYN office for five years and while she loved the job, she was ready for a change.

Stephanie joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in February 2022 as a Floater and Legal Assistant. She currently supports our Criminal Defense Attorney, Melanie Scheible. Stephanie enjoys being part of a team that helps clients through challenging situations, and she finds it rewarding to learn about new cases and make a positive impact every day.

Outside of work, Stephanie cherishes time with her husband and their five children. Together, they love traveling and discovering new places as a family. In her downtime, she enjoys relaxing over a good meal—whether at a favorite restaurant or in the comfort of her backyard. A movie lover and optimist at heart, Stephanie lives by the motto: Live, Laugh, Love Life!

Taylor Kearns was born in Houston, Texas. Soon after she was born, her family relocated to her parents hometown of Las Vegas. In Taylor’s younger years, she enjoyed dance and softball. She played fastpitch softball for several years until a shoulder injury forced her to quit. Taylor was home schooled until 9th grade. She then attended Centennial High School and graduated with an advanced diploma in 2004. After high school, she pursued cosmetology at the Academy of Hair Design but after a short time in that field, she realized it was not her passion.

Taylor has been at Craig P. Kenny & Associates since September of 2004. She is in charge of opening all new personal injury files for Attorney Bradley Kenny and Attorney Lawrence Mittin and helping the client resolve the property damage portion of their claim.

In her free time, Taylor enjoys cooking/baking, reading, and fitting in as many trips to Disneyland as possible.

Vianey Martinez-Castillo was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV after her parents immigrated from Puebla, Mexico.  She graduated with high honors from Veterans Tribute Career and Technical Academy where she obtained a Law Enforcement certification.  Vianey worked at the Venetian Resort for four years under the guest services department as well as the casino loyalty department as a specialist.

Vianey decided it was time for a change from working in the casino environment and joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in March of 2023 as a floater.  She is currently in charge of opening all new personal injury files for Attorney Jimmy Howard and Attorney Paul Kirst and helping the client resolve the property damage portion of their claim. She is very eager to learn everything she can and enjoys helping clients as much as she can.

In her spare time, Vianey loves learning about different cultures, traditions, and beliefs. She enjoys reading new books, visiting museums, exploring haunted places, and just going wherever life takes her.

Ybett Maldonado is a native of Nevada who has lived in Las Vegas since 2005. She graduated from Green Valley High School in 2011. After graduation, Ybett worked various retail jobs before working as a hotel front desk agent at The Signature at MGM Grand in 2015. During the five years she worked at The Signature, she was promoted to Hotel Operations Manager before being laid off at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.

After spending a year at home with her kids, Ybett started working at Craig P. Kenny & Associates in March of 2021 as an Administrative Assistant and Floater.  In January of 2022, she began working as a Legal Assistant to Attorney Bradley Kenny and is currently also assisting Attorney Lawrence Mittin in managing their personal injury claims.

When Ybett is not at work, she likes to spend time with her husband and two sons. She also enjoys reading, baking, and listening to music.

Yesenia Munoz was born in Zacatecas, Mexico. Her family moved to the United States in 2001 in search of a better life. Yesenia attended Wendover High School in Utah where she was able to take college classes and earn credits at Utah State and Utah Valley University. In 2006, she graduated as the valedictorian of her class. After moving to Las Vegas shortly after graduation, she began working for Panda Express where she quickly became a General Manager for nine of her 11 years there.

Looking for a career change, Yesenia was excited and happy to join Craig P. Kenny & Associates in the traffic ticket department. Using her excellent customer service skills, she loves working with clients and being able to help them out.

In her free time, Yesenia enjoys baking as well as watching Disney movies, going to parks and hiking with her three daughters and husband.

Zeyla Madueno was born in Puerto Peñasco, a city in Sonora, Mexico. In 2005, her grandmother and matriarch decided to move the family to Las Vegas to seek a better future. Zeyla graduated from Desert Rose High School in 2010. Her first job was working at a cleaning company and was eventually promoted to supervisor after receiving her DACA. She also worked at Cardenas Market as a produce clerk and then produce manager before hearing about an open position from a friend.

Zeyla joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in October 2021 as a Legal Assistant. She is currently part of the Traffic Ticket Department, where she communicates with clients and assists in resolving their traffic citations, helping to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Zeyla is passionate about learning and continues to expand her knowledge of the law every day.

Zeyla married her husband, Efren, in 2016 and welcomed a daughter, Lucia, into their family in 2023.  Her hobbies include reading, writing, and going on hikes. Zeyla is the oldest of six siblings and loves to hang out with her family in her free time. She is also very involved in her church where she loves to sing.
