Craig P. Kenny & Associates in Las Vegas, NV, invites you to meet our qualified team of attorneys below
CRAIG P. KENNY, ESQ.
Craig P. Kenny is the fourth child of seven of two hardworking immigrants who came to America for a better life. His mother, Rose Elisabeth, was born and raised in Germany and his father, Edward Lawder Kenny, was born in Canada. His parents married in Germany in 1949 and came to Chicago, Illinois shortly thereafter. Craig was born on Easter Sunday in Chicago, and he was raised knowing that with hard work and perseverance you could do anything and be anything in this great country.
Unfortunately, the only reason Craig is an attorney is because his parents had two horrible experiences with attorneys. Both of Craig’s older brothers were tragically killed in personal injury accidents. When his older brother Michael was three years old, he was killed when he was struck by a truck while he was walking in a crosswalk with Craig’s older sister. The truck driver would later state that he never saw Craig’s brother. Craig’s other brother, Dale was killed fourteen years later.
Just fifteen and only a Sophomore in High School, Dale was killed instantly when the four-seater Cessna aircraft, in which he was a passenger, came down out of the sky and slammed into a house in a suburb of Chicago. Both times Craig’s parents retained attorneys – both times, they were treated with the attitude that the attorney was the “attorney”, and his parents were “stupid immigrants.” The attorney never returned their phone calls and they had absolutely no client service skills.
Craig has dedicated his life to help those who need help.
Craig graduated in 1984 with an Associate Arts Degree in Pre Law Studies from Richard J. Daley Community College (Chicago). He then transferred to UNLV and graduated in 1986 with a B.A. Degree in Communications. He then graduated in 1988 with a M.P.A. Degree from UNLV. He then graduated in 1991 with his J.D. from Tulane University (New Orleans).
After graduating from Tulane, Craig immediately returned to Las Vegas, passed the bar examination, and became a licensed attorney. In November of 1991, Craig accepted a position as a Deputy Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers. Craig exclusively represented injured workers in their administrative trials. In April 1992, Craig was recruited to work at Edward M. Bernstein and Associates as a personal injury attorney. Craig worked there for two years doing personal injury and workman’s compensation cases, before giving his one month notice that he intended on opening his own firm.
On May 22, 1995, Craig opened Craig P. Kenny & Associates. A Law Firm Committed to the Client. A Law Firm that would always be there for those who needed help.
Craig is currently a sustaining member and sits on the Board of Governors for the Nevada Justice Association. Additionally, he is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association. Besides being licensed to practice in Nevada Craig is licensed to practice in the United States District Court, District Court of Nevada, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Craig also is a member of the Southern Nevada Medical/Legal Screening Panel which screens medical malpractice cases.
Finally, Craig is a frequent lecturer in the areas of Workman’s Compensation, Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice. He also is an adjunct professor at UNLV. He is currently teaching Health Care Law.
BRADLEY L. KENNY, ESQ.
Bradley L. Kenny is Craig’s younger brother. Bradley was born and raised in Chicago’s south side. After graduating from St. Rita’s High School, he decided to go to college at Ronald Reagan’s alma mater Eureka College located in Eureka, Illinois. Eureka is a small town of about 5,000 people with less than 1,000 students attending the college. He attended college from 1985 to 1989 wherein he received a B.A. in economics.
One week before Bradley was to begin his first year in law school, he was in St. Germain, which is located near Lake Superior in upper Wisconsin. While diving in the water, he struck a rock and broke his neck. He was airlifted by helicopter on a flight-for-life to Milwaukee where he underwent spinal fusion surgery. The surgeon removed part of Bradley’s hip and fused it with the bones in his neck. Bradley was in a body cast for a few months following his ordeal. The law school deferred enrollment for one year. This whole experience has given Bradley a unique perspective on the trauma and suffering that injured people endure as a result of an accident.
Bradley attended Loyola Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana from 1990 to 1993 wherein he received his degree. After law school, Bradley attended UNLV for postgraduate work in Economics. In 1993, Bradley passed the bar examination and became a member of the Nevada Bar. He had served as a member of the Board of Governors for the State Bar Association and was the President for the Clark County Bar Association in 2004. Bradley is also a member of the Nevada Justice Association.
Bradley is licensed to practice in the United States District Court of Nevada and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus.
In his spare time, Bradley enjoys traveling, horse racing and hanging out with his wife and son.

BILLIE-MARIE MORRISON, ESQ.
Billie-Marie is one of only a few attorneys formally recognized by the State Bar of Nevada, as an attorney “Specialized in the area of Workers’ Compensation.” This recognition and certification is not easy to come by as it takes many years of practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation, a specific number of cases managed and taken to the Appeals level, as well as the Nevada District and Supreme Courts. On top of that, it requires passing a very difficult written and oral examination.
Billie-Marie grew up in Massachusetts and moved to Nevada in 1989. She received her MBA from UNLV and was admitted to the William S. Boyd School of Law Charter Class in 1998. During law school, Billie-Marie interned at the United States District Court, District of Nevada for the Honorable Johnnie B. Rawlinson, followed by a second internship and then continued with Judge Rawlinson serving 2 clerkships when Judge Rawlinson was appointed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. After her clerkships, Billie-Marie’s legal career was focused on complex litigation, focusing on mass torts, primarily in the area of products liability.
In 2007 Billie-Marie joined our law firm, and while continuing to practice products liability and personal injury, her passion to help people turned into an amazing career representing people injured on the job and now manages the firm’s workers’ compensation department.
Some of Billie-Marie’s many accomplishments include co-teaching a Workers’ Compensation class at William S. Boyd School of Law, teaching Administrative Law at the College of Southern Nevada for a number of years, served as a Board Member for the Nevada Justice Association, served as a Board member for the Southern Nevada Association for Women Attorneys, served as a Board member for the national Work Injury Law Group (WILG), and is continually rated Top 100 Work Comp lawyers in the country, amongst many other distinctions.
Billie-Marie continually teaches seminars, webinars, and continuing educations classes for attorneys in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, social media, and ethics. She was the editor for the American Justice Associates Workers’ Compensation Division Newsletter editor and continues to assist locally and nationally in advancing the rights and benefits for injured workers and their families. Billie-Marie has also authored countless legal journal articles, authored a chapter in a trial practice book as well as a legal practice manual. Billie-Marie is involved with Women Heart, a cause that strikes a personal chord with her, and has lobbied locally and nationally for women with heart disease. As a result of her volunteer efforts, she hosted the radio show “Double Take.”
Billie-Marie is licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada, as well as in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

These guys are great. Very efficient and handled what I needed very professionally. Highly recommended. – Autumn W.
A friend recommended I call them for my speeding ticket. The lady informed me since it was my first offense Las Vegas Municipal Court was already offering ticket reduction, no traffic school, and no points as long as I pleaded no contest and paid online. She could’ve easily gotten me for my $50 and I wouldve never known! She even walked me through the whole process online. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. – Amanda G.
They were super helpful I went to them when I got into a car accident they took care of everything and immediately set up an appointment to see some doctors super friendly staff. Car accidents can be super stressful and they made me feel welcomed and cared for. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Hopefully I have no more car accidents but if I do they’re my people to go to. – Rachell M.
I'm writing this review on behalf of my husband who was involved in a car accident with a drunk driver while he was coming home from work in a middle of the night. Because of the personal injuries and the car damage we contacted Craig P. Kenny & Associates. Lawrence E Mittin and his team were very committed in making the whole process so much easier for my husband who needed to see several doctors because of the injuries. In the end, my husband received a very nice settlement. Thank you for all the work Lawrence E Mittin! We will recommend this law firm to anyone in need. – Ioana R.
Paul Kirst with Craig P Kenny & Associates is an efficient, trustworthy personal injury lawyer who gets results! He recently handled a traffic violation for me smoothly and with exceptional results, even in the midst of common quarantine close-down challenges. I had the opportunity to interact with him during the process and enjoyed his tension-reducing humor, and appreciated his knowledge and understanding of the law and related court systems. Paul kept me updated through the process, explaining both the how's and the why's. His office was communicative and followed up faithfully by email and phone. They even sent reminders regarding the final court processing fees and deadline. The five star way that Paul resolved a small legal matter confirmed that I will return to his care should I need a top notch personal injury lawyer for a large matter. Thank you, Paul! – Teri A.
