By Bradley L. Kenny, Esq.
A couple of months ago literally marked our 30-year anniversary. Craig opened this firm on May 22, 1995. While I was an attorney in town at the time that Craig went out on his own, I was working for another law firm. Truth be told, he couldn’t afford to pay me, and he did not take a dime from the business for over one year. He just had invested in himself. It would take another three (3) years until I joined him.
Craig opened the firm with one belief, more than a slogan or catch phrase, it was his raison d’être: A Law Firm Committed to the Client. He built his firm on word-of-mouth advertising. Never on a billboard, television, or radio, he garnered clients the old-fashioned way – one at a time. He made sure that he was available to answer questions and explain options. And they came back. Craig had a lot of repeat clients because they knew that they were getting honest and sincere representation. No, Craig did not win every case, but he did put his heart and soul into each one. I remember one time he had to wake up extremely early to catch a flight to Reno and drive to Carson City because he was arguing a case before the Nevada Supreme Court. He won that case by the way and effected change for many Nevadans who had been wronged by systemic injustice.
We celebrate a significant milestone for our firm — 30 years of standing up for the rights of those who’ve been injured and wronged. Since our founding in 1995, we’ve had one unwavering mission: to fight for justice on behalf of individuals and families whose lives have been disrupted by personal injury, negligence, or tragedy.
Over the past three decades, we’ve grown not just in size, but in strength, experience, and heart. We’ve proudly handled thousands of cases, recovered millions in compensation for our clients, and helped people rebuild their lives during some of their most difficult moments. Every case we take on is a commitment — not just to the law, but to the people we serve. Our journey has been built on trust: the trust our clients place in us, and the trust we’ve earned through tireless advocacy, proven results, and genuine care. We are deeply grateful to the clients who have allowed us to stand by their side, to the legal professionals who’ve been part of our team, and to the communities that have supported us throughout the years.
As we reflect on the past 30 years, we remain more dedicated than ever to our founding values — integrity, compassion, and relentless pursuit of justice. While much has changed in the world of law, our core belief remains the same: everyone deserves strong, honest representation and a voice in the legal system.
Thank you for being a part of our journey. Here’s to the next chapter — and to continuing to fight for what’s right. We appreciate you and your referrals. We are only able to serve people who can find us. And how do they find us? Word-of-mouth. With so many attorney billboards and TV ads it’s hard to navigate where to turn for help. That is why we rely on you to refer your friends and family when they need us.
