MEET THE JUAN MIGUEL SCLAFANI

Juan Miguel Sclafani is an Associate Attorney at Craig P. Kenny & Associates in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he dedicates his practice to representing injured workers in claims arising under the Nevada Industrial Insurance Act. A Las Vegas native in every meaningful sense, Juan Miguel was born in Santa Clara, California, and has called Las Vegas home since the age of four—a city he has been proud to serve for over thirty-five years.

Juan Miguel earned his bachelor’s in criminal justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, before going on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law. Following his admission to practice, he began his legal career as an Associate Attorney at another local law firm representing injured workers. He subsequently served as an Associate Attorney at GGRM Law Firm, where he developed a strong foundation in workers’ compensation law and litigation. He later became a Senior Attorney at Hooks Meng & Clement, continuing to deepen his expertise in Nevada workers’ compensation matters.

Throughout his career, Juan Miguel has gained valuable experience on both the claimant and insurer sides of workers’ compensation practice. That dual perspective provides him with a comprehensive understanding of how the system operates, and he now applies that insight exclusively on behalf of injured workers at Craig P. Kenny & Associates. Beyond his legal practice, Juan Miguel serves in a leadership role with a local non-profit organization committed to serving the greater Las Vegas community.

In his spare time, Juan enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and traveling to Utah.
