Melissa Andreoff - Paralegal
Melissa was born and raised in the east San Francisco Bay Area. She attended UC Davis, majoring in animal science, after graduating from Carondelet High School, an all-girl, catholic school, in 1995. Melissa changed career paths and went to work for AAA Insurance as a claims adjuster for seven years. She relocated to Las Vegas in 2004, transferred by AAA.
While working for AAA, Melissa became skilled in property damage & bodily injury claims, she holds the AIC, Associate in Claims, degree and served as a panelist for Arbitration Forums, Inc. She made the switch to the other side of the claims process by joining Craig P. Kenny & Associates in November of 2006. Melissa, being a self-proclaimed claims guru, applies her claims handling experience to help the clients better understand the claims process.
Melissa is currently continuing her education at CCSN with plans to transfer to UNLV. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family including her fiancee, Jim, and their blended family of boys, Steven, Gavin & Tristan along with their kitty Skunkerdoo.
Christine Craig - Administrative Assistant
Christine was born in North Dakota and moved frequently while her father served in the Air Force. She moved to Las Vegas in 2002 where she graduated from Centennial High School. She attended UNLV for two years until she relocated to Fort Lewis, WA while her husband served as an Army Ranger. She recently moved back to Las Vegas and plans to attend CSN to complete her degree as a Dental Hygienist.
Christine enjoys spending time with her husband and son and visiting with family on the weekends.
Laura Duell - Administrative Assistant
Laura is a native of Nevada and was raised primarily in the Las Vegas area. She also spent a brief amount of time in Reno and Lake Tahoe.
An avid Rebels fan, Laura attended UNLV to earn her bachelors degree and was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. Laura also worked in the hotel industry for 12 years before changing directions and joining the law firm of Craig P. Kenny & Associates in March 2003.
Laura's primary duties as an administrative assistant with the law firm includes greeting clients, assisting clients with traffic tickets and answering the telephones.
In Laura's spare time, she enjoys watching movies, traveling, hiking, laying out in the sun at the beach, and spending time with her three cats.
Kris Ellsworth - Marketing Director
Kris was born and raised in Kenosha, Wisconsin. After graduating high school in 1990, she attended UW-Parkside and Gateway College and received a degree in Marketing. Kris has worked in the Marketing Department of Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois serving as Marketing Assistant, Corporate Sales Account Executive and Special Events Representative. She has also worked for Mortgage Icon, a mortgage banker in Wisconsin, as the Corporate Sales Account Manager and Marketing Director.
Kris moved to Las Vegas and joined the firm in February of 2004 and is excited to be here! Kris's responsibilities are marketing for the firm as well as IT Administrator. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing volleyball, traveling, cooking and going to the theatre.
Karlie Gabour - Administrative Assistant
Karlie was born in Dublin, Ireland and has lived in Las Vegas since 1996. She graduated with a High Honors Diploma from Sierra Vista High School in 2004. Currently, Karlie is pursuing a degree from UNLV with political science and human services as her main areas of study. Post graduation, she has plans to attend law school. Karlie joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in September of 2007 after working for her father's construction company for 5 years as an office, sales, and customer service assistant.
Traveling, especially to Ireland to visit family, is Karlie's favorite thing to do. In her free time, she also enjoys music, playing guitar, snowboarding, softball, tennis, and shopping.
Kaye Gerwick - Administrative Assistant
Kaye was born at McConnell AFB, Kansas and as an Air Force brat lived in Kansas, California, Nebraska, Germany and North Carolina. Her parents retired in Derby, Kansas in 1966. After graduating from high school she lived in northern California and moved to Las Vegas in 1973 to be a nanny and a housekeeper.
She started in the legal field as a receptionist in 1979 at a law firm that repesented the Howard Hughes estate and Summa Corp. She has worked in law offices that practiced corporate, insurance defense and personal injury law. She joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in January, 2009.
Kaye enjoys housesitting, cross-stitching, reading, crafts and working in her church's preschool and nursery department.
Amber Giannos - Administrative Assistant
Amber was born in Nassau, Bahamas. She was raised for part of her life in New Jersey and then moved to Las Vegas. She graduated from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Services Counseling with a minor in Family Studies. She is currently enrolled in the Masters Marriage and Family Therapy Program at UNLV and plans on attending William S. Boyd School of Law in the future.
Stephanie Hanks - Litigation Paralegal
A native of Las Vegas (5th generation Nevadan), Stephanie has been serving the legal community since 1977. She began her career as a runner while attending Valley High School. Later she became a receptionist/secretary. Stephanie attended Southern Utah State College and served as a missionary in Birmingham, England for one and a half years. Upon returning to Las Vegas, Stephanie returned to the legal field and began working in the criminal law area and later as an Office Manager for 11 1/2 years at a law firm specializing in personal injury and worker's compensation. Stephanie joined the team at Craig P. Kenny & Associates in 1999.
Stephanie applies her legal experience with her empathy for clients' situations to exceed their expectations.
Stephanie is an active member of LAMBDA and is a board member of BOA.
Elizabeth Hill - Legal Assistant
Elizabeth was born in Southern California and moved to the San Francisco Bay area during junior high school. She attended both Dominican College of San Rafael and Diablo Valley College for one year and then transferred to the University of San Francisco where she graduated with a Bachelors degree in English Literature in 2003. She also holds a certificate of intermediate German fluency from the Goethe Institute. She moved to Las Vegas in the Summer of 2004 as a copywriter with internet shoe startup, Zappos.com. In 2006, she left Zappos.com and began selling women’s shoes at Nordstrom while preparing for her LSAT. She came to work for Craig P. Kenny & Associates in 2006 because she wanted a career in the legal field helping people and plans to attend law school in the future. In her spare time she enjoys eating Thai food, weekend getaways, hiking, baking, and reading fiction.
Jill Holcomb - Paralegal
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Jill joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in June 2002 as a Legal Assistant. Jill relocated to Las Vegas in the summer of 2001 and has also lived in San Diego, California and Honolulu, Hawaii.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
Hing Hom - Assistant
Ngai Hing Hom "Hing" was born and raised in Hong Kong. After marrying John Hom, Hing immigrated to the United States with her husband, settling in New York, where they had three boys. Hing and her husband are proud to say they have seven smart and well behaved grandchildren (four grandsons and three granddaughters), ranging in age from 3 to 18 years old. One of her grandsons will be attending MIT University in September of 2007. Although Hing misses her family in New York, she makes time to visit them several times throughout the year.
In 1994, Hing and her husband moved to Las Vegas to open a fine dining restaurant. After ten successful years of owning the restaurant, they decided to retire from the restaurant business. Hing has been helping people all of her life which is why she came to work at Craig P. Kenny & Associates in March of 2007. She works as a translator to help the firm's Chinese clients as she is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and Taishanese. Hing loves to cook and her family and friends rave that she is very good at it.
Cassandra Homme - Litigation Paralegal
Cassandra was born in Charleston, South Carolina. In 2000 she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where she continued her career in the legal field before joining the law firm of Craig P. Kenny & Associates in March 2005. She is continuing her education at the local community college and anticipates transferring to UNLV to pursue her Bachelor's Degree.
In her spare time, Cassandra enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling, cooking and spending time with friends.
Hortense E. Horn - Paralegal
Hortense was born and raised in Yuma, Arizona. In 1963, Hortense married Donald Horn, a U.S. Marine. At the request of the Marine Corps, the Horn family lived in Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, CA, Chicago, IL, Yakima, WA, Twenty-Palms, CA and Kenitra, Morocco. Hortense has lived in Las Vegas since 1981.
Hortense began her legal career at the Nellis Air Force Base legal office. She then worked for the U.S. Attorney, in the U.S. District Court as a courtroom deputy, and finally for the Federal Public Defender from which she retired in 2001. Hortense had a total of 20 years in federal service. Hortense came to Craig P. Kenny & Associates law firm in 2001 and works with attorney John L. Duffy, the criminal defense attorney for the firm.
Hortense has two children Michelle and Michael and four grandchildren, Tony, Andrew, Megan and Rabeca. Her oldest grandson is attending the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Her youngest grandson is attending the University of Missouri. Her two granddaughters are in elementary school.
Both of her children graduated from UNLV and Hortense and her husband are supporters of UNLV sports traveling with the basketball team.
Taylor Kearns - Administrative Assistant
Taylor Kearns was born in the city of Houston, Texas; and at the age of four she moved to Las Vegas. She attended Centennial High School and graduated with an advanced diploma in 2004. Now, she is currently attending The Academy of Hair Design and plans to graduate in September and become a successful stylist. Taylor has served as an Administrative Assistant at Craig P. Kenny & Associates since August, 2004.
Pat Martinez - Administrative Assistant
Patricia "Pat" Martinez was born and raised in Mexico. She recently relocated to Las Vegas with her family from Northern California where she worked in the Traffic Safety Industry as an Operations Coordinator for fifteen years.
Pat is responsible for coordination of all Craig P. Kenny & Associates client traffic citations. Pat comes to us with great customer service skills and is a great asset to the firm. She speaks fluent Spanish and works as a liaison with our Hispanic clients.
Lily Mason - Administrative Assistant
Lily was born and raised in San Jose, California and relocated to Las Vegas in 2000. In 2002 she moved to Los Angeles, California and began a career in the Mortgage Industry which later transferred her to Scottsdale, Arizona and eventually back to Las Vegas in 2006. In January of 2008, Lily decided to make a career change and get involved in the Legal Profession. She joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates where uses her six years of customer service experience to help people with their legal needs.
Lily loves spending time with her family and friends, especially her daughter. Being a mom is her biggest priority and most important job and she enjoys every minute of it!
Aida Muruato - Administrative Assistant
Aida was born and raised in Guatemala and relocated to Las Vegas in 1999. She joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in 2004. Aida will be continuing her education at the Community College of Southern Nevada where she will receive her degree in Tourism. Aida also has a young daughter and aside from spending quality time with her daughter, she also enjoys listening to music and spending time with her family and friends.
Miguel Paz - Administrative Assistant
Born in Mexico, Miguel and his family relocated to Oregon in 1992. He attended Century High School and graduated in 2002. After years in the administrative/recruiting industry Miguel decided to make a career change and move to Las Vegas in April of 2007. He is currently enrolled at the local Community College of Southern Nevada to earn an Associate's degree in the legal field.
In his spare time he enjoys listening to music, going to the gym and watching movies.

Maria Pulido - Legal Assistant
Maria Pulido is the Spanish speaking legal assistant for Craig P. Kenny & Associates. She was born in Mexico but her parents immigrated to the United States when she was ten years old. She attended high school in Sacramento, California, then moved to Las Vegas in the late 1970's where she became a naturalized citizen and received education and training as a medical clerical assistant. She worked for several years for various medical providers first as a front office secretary and then gradually worked her way into a supervisor position. She also performed some marketing for these providers.
In 1998, she joined Craig P, Kenny & Associates as a legal assistant in the worker's compensation and personal injury departments. She also acts as a liaison for the law office with the Hispanic Community. In her free time, she is very active in the Hispanic Community, including the Latin Chamber of Commerce. She also enjoys playing tennis and going to the movies.
Norma Ramirez - Legal Assistant
Norma was born in Phoenix, Arizona and was raised in Saltillo, Mexico where she graduated from La Paz Junior College. Moving to Las Vegas, Norma started a career in Hotel Operations at the Tropicana Hotel and worked her way up to Front Desk Supervisor. After 25 years in the hotel industry she decided to make a career change and joined the team at Craig P. Kenny & Associates.
Norma's hobbies vary dramatically from being an Instrument Rated Private Pilot to gardening. Norma also enjoys listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
Rachel Riedel - Administrative Assistant
Rachel was born and raised in North Las Vegas, NV. She later graduated from Mojave High school with a High Honors Diploma. Currently, she is continuing her education at UNLV with plans to complete a degree in Health Care Administration. Rachel joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in May of 2006 as an Administrative Assistant who assists in all aspects of the firm.
In her free time, Rachel likes to travel and shop.
Ana Rodriguez - Administrative Assistant
Ana Trujillo was born in the capital city of Michoacan, Morelia, Mexico. Her family moved to Las Vegas in 1990, where she later attended Vo-Tech high school graduating in 2002 with a high honors diploma. She is currently attending Community College of Southern Nevada majoring in Paralegal / Legal Assistant. Upon earning her Associate's degree, Ana plans to continue her education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Zenda Sastoque - Administrative Assistant
Zenda was born and raised in Flushing, Queens, New York. She then moved to Las Vegas with her family in 2000 were she went to school and graduated from Mojave High School in 2006. Zenda is currently attending the Community College of Southern Nevada were she is majoring in medicine as a Veterinary Technician. Zenda joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in September of 2006 as an Administrative Assistant. She answers the phones, greets and assist clients with their traffic tickets and their questions and also helps to market the firm. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family and friends.
Tanya Transfiguracion - Administrative Assistant
Tanya was born in Port Hueneme, California and raised in Oxnard, California. After graduating from high school, she attended Ventura Community College where she earned her Associates Degree. While attending college, she decided to pursue a career in the automotive industry.
Tanya, wanting to make a career change, decided to move to Las Vegas with her husband for a better future. There she made a new home for herself with a new career in mind.
Tanya enjoys listening to music, watching comedy movies, and just spending time at home.
Nora Trujillo - Administrative Assistant
Nora was born in Morelia, Michoacan and moved to Las Vegas at the young age of three. Nora graduated from Clark High School’s Teach Academy Program in 2004. After graduation she attended George Fox University in Oregon, for one year, and is currently studying at CCSN and will be transferring to UNLV with plans to major in social work/family counseling.
In her spare time, Nora likes to spend time with friends, read C.S. Lewis books as well as mystery novels. She also enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, playing volleyball, and swimming.
Courtney Tutt - Administrative Assistant
Courtney was born in Evanston, IL in 1986. She was raised in Lincolnwood, IL, where she attended Niles West High School. After graduation, she went to Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, IL for a year. Courtney finished out her Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts at National-Louis University with a double major in English and Psychology.
Courtney moved to Las Vegas in August of 2008 to attend graduate school. She is currently in the Criminal Justice graduate program at UNLV. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, swimming and spending time with friends.
Katerina S. Wolfe - Litigation Paralegal
Katerina was born in Redwood City, California, and raised in Orchard Park, New York. She graduated with honors from Orchard Park High School and went on to earn her Bachelor of the Arts at Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts. She then moved to Seattle, Washington, with her husband, where she worked for a non-profit organization at the University of Washington. Katerina then decided to go to law school, and she graduated from Syracuse University College of Law in 2005. While in law school, Katerina competed in several moot court competitions, studied abroad with a barrister in London, England, and worked as a student advocate in the public interest law clinic.
Katerina came to Las Vegas in 2005, and worked for a civil litigation firm focusing on medical malpractice defense. She then worked for a small family law firm before moving onto Craig P. Kenny & Associates. Here, she is the litigation paralegal for the firm’s endoscopy center crisis cases, in addition to working as a paralegal in the workers’ compensation department.
In her spare time, Katerina enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with her husband, Tim, and horsing around with her three year old son, Oliver.
